Add A Little Something Something

We found this this table and four chairs a few weeks back.

Good foundation. Solid construction. Well built.

But, a little boring.

So...what to do?

Add a little color.

RED.

Add some great fabric.

Some cream and red toile from he discount bin at JoAnn's.

We added some very cool vintage hardware "donated" to our "cause" by a co-worker of my dear husband. Some pulls on the back of the chair and the apron of the generic table.

MUCH more interesting now...right?

A goal for the New Year?

Think outside of the box.

Expand your horizons.

See re-purposed furniture in a whole new way.

Check. Check, and Check.

Off to a good star this year.

Trying to see thing a new way.

A creative way. An appealing way.

Making other people''s homes interesting and different by seeing things in a new light.

Hope this table and chairs finds a new happy home.

NOTE": The table and chairs that were posted in my last post sold in a few short hours...You've just gotta love that.
