We visited L-Ecole Winery here in Walla Walla this past weekend. It is housed in this gorgeous old country school building. Turns out this was a working school until 1974. I love old buildings and this one has been restored to it's original splendor. The tasting room is upstairs in a beautiful light-fille room complete with ceiling to floor bookcases with sliding ladders. They have good wines and wonderful gifts for visitors. I fell in love with this great sign in their tasting room.
