Organizational Bliss

This is my pantry.

Yesterday Diane and I tackled the organization of this great space.

It took it us most of the day.

It was a daunting task that has been hanging over my head since we moved in over a year ago and just quickly put everything in there.

Yesterday we DID IT.

We took everything OUT.

We labeled all the great canisters I got at Target over a year ago.

We organized and we cleaned.

We forgot to get a "before" shot, but here is all the "stuff" out on the countery and island.

Lots of stuff....right?

Here's the pantry almost empty and all the shelves cleaned and ready to organize.

What an absolutely fabulous feeling to get this huge project done.

Thank you so much Diane for all of your motivation and help during your visits.

I just couldn't have done all this without you!

Here's to checking things off our very long "to do" list "with the help of our friends".

  1. this is fantastic!!...not a woman out there anywhere who wouldn't love to have that pantry!...i love the jars....and your collection of fiesta pitchers!!..... good job!

  2. Amazng! i'd love to have a cabinet like this...You did a great job!
    Have a great week!

  3. Cori,
What a wonderful sense of accomplishment you must feel. your finished project looks wonderful.

My pantry is/has been on my 'to do' list for months. Your finished task looks great. I have a small kitchen with a huge pantry. It sounds great, but it means everything that would normally go in kitchen cabinets has to go in my pantry - along with all the other staples. It's easy to get lost in my pantry...not do to size, but clutter. Rita
