Introducing Adele Elisa

Good morning everyone!

Yesterday I finished this custom order. She is on her way to Florida. This beauty will be going into a baby girl's nursery.

It's a bit different than the others I have created. It has the baby's name on the front and is done in very soft muted tones.

The art is so precious with the baby birds on the branch and the moths and butterflies. The font used for her name and "Couture" on the back are simply stunning (chosen by my customer).

I just love the idea that she will be a vintage decor touch in the baby's special space.

It makes me smile.

The custom orders are so much fun. On this form I incorporated a few special touches.

I like to use some of the song lyrics as I go through my old sheet music. In this case, the whole bottom "skirt" is done with scores from the Nutcracker (what little princess doesn't love that????).

I also incorporatged her mother's name close to her "heart" and the word "Father" on the back. Also "hidden" in the art is the word "lullaby" and "serenade".

This was such a joy to work on.

She is now listed in my etsy shop as a custom dress form.
