My husband and I had been wanting this wonderful double frittata pan from Williams-Sonoma, but just couldn't get ourselves to spend the money.
Well....My Mom and Dad gave us a gift card and we purchased it right after Christmas. It arrives in just a couple days.

I tried it out this morning for a late breakfast with the kids. I just used a simple recipe and the results were fabulous! What a perfect brunch!

The two pans interlock and it makes flipping the frittata over a snap. No need for potholders with the stay cool handles!
